The Centre for Human Development and Social Change-Ghana also known as  the CHDSC-Ghana is a registered non-governmental organization operating in Ghana, West Africa.

It is an organisation that partners with community grassroot organizations in selected regions in Ghana to implement projects that impact the people and the communities.  The CHDSC-Ghana through its programmes and services is committed to human development and constructive social change.
